在教学中，我深知坚持不懈的学习是必要的。在实践工作中，我深深体会到教师业务素质的重要性。学习时虽然很苦，但掌握知识后心中也会有一种无比的欢乐。如果教学工作干不好，不是自我可干可不干的问题，是必须干好的问题。因为你占着位置，别人想干也不能干，你如果不干，影响的不是你的事，而是整个教育的事业。所以，我们必须坚持不懈地抓学习，圆满地去完成学校的各项工作任务。
