一是强化问题导向，确保及时整改到位。坚持问题导向，对标短板，补缺补差，制定整改任务清单，细化整改任务、压实整改责任。同时，要以落实整改为契机，查找症结，梳理总结，做到举一反三，确保问题整改标本兼治、以点带面，推动全县教育工作再上新台阶。
