（二）营造林工作。我乡20**年春季完成人工造林43.2亩，主要是油茶、山核桃等。中央财政森林抚育500亩，封山育林300亩，省级森林抚育2000亩，其他如我乡森林城镇、龙潭村森林村庄申报、退化林修复、四旁植树等均完成任务。 （三）森林病虫害工作。针对日益严重的松材线虫病蔓延形势，森林病虫害工作重点在于防，防与治相结合，具体工作：1、组织领导和宣传：乡政府成立防控指挥部，全面负责松材线虫病防控工作，在全乡范围积极宣传森林病虫害防治工作的重要性和必要性，大力开展松材线虫病监测和调查，2、及时开展森林病虫害的普查工作和防控方案制定：组织和开展春秋两次专项普查，及时上报普查成果，根据普查成果上报年度防控方案。3、疫木清理除治：严格按照规程开展枯死松树清理工作，采取科学除治方式，组织专业队进行施工，清理彻底干净，上传平台，2021-20**年度全乡清理枯死松树2000余株，防治取得较好效果。4、疫木监管：严格执行县政府疫木管理的相关规定，疫木处理采取焚烧、粉碎等方式，严防疫木遗失在清理山场及附近农户房前屋后；及时对加工、经营和使用松木及其制品进行专项排查清理；全乡未发生非除治性采伐疫木和疫木流失的现象。

考核教师年度个人工作总结
1、考试： 为了不让音乐考试流于旧夹克、呆板，让学生更自然地浮现音乐，表现自己对音乐的分析，为了让每个学生都有基本的理解，选择了这学期的音乐考试。让学生选择表演要领，即唱、奏、舞等。每人写500字支配的文章，内容是关于音乐的，可以是鉴赏、评价、音乐功能的尝试和探索报告等。 2、课堂教学： 坚持以审美教育为中心，重视培养学生对音乐的兴趣、兴趣和感情。通过音乐教育培养情操，启发聪明，激发学生对美的兴趣和追求。重视以学生为主体，让学生在舒适的音乐实践活动（听、看、唱、辩论、联想、想象、律动）中，积极发现、探索、感想音乐、分析音乐、浮现音乐，在肯定的基础上创造音乐。高中的音乐观赏课也参加了让学生介绍音乐，表达自己艺术见解的实践活动，锻炼了学生的能力。 缺点是重视感情、兴趣的培养，忽视了初中三年级、高中一年级学生乐理知识的传授。毕竟三者是相互作用、相互推进的。掌握乐理知识才能进一步理性地感受和分析音乐。
2024年国防教育工作计划要点
1.高度重视。国防教育是增强民族凝聚力、提高全面素质、构建和谐社会的重要途径，干部职工必须深刻认识国防教育的重要意义，切实把国防教育工作融入单位日常工作，明确各部室职责，形成由主要领导亲自带头抓，分管领导配合抓，中层干部具体抓的工作格局。2.健全机制。建立健全国防教育工作机制，明确工作职责，坚持把国防教育工作与日常工作相结合，全面普及国防知识教育，不断增强广大干部职工履行国防义务的意识和能力，保证国防教育工作扎实有效开展。3.讲求实效。要坚持经常教育与集中教育相结合、普及教育与重点教育相结合、理论教育与行为教育相结合，不断创新工作方式方法，精心组织、周密部署，有针对性地开展形式多样的宣传教育活动，切实提高干部职工和广大群众国防意识，普及国防观念，确保各项活动落到实处、取得实效。
