当前存在的一些问题：一是文件传阅慢。一份文件由于常常需要多位领导、多个室局股阅知，往往就造成了文件传递时间长，文件传阅慢的问题。有时一份文件传阅结束时时间长达一个月，文件传阅效率严重低下；有时文件传到后面领导阅知时，事情都已经过去了，对工作的开展带来了不利影响。
