一、必须培养强烈的法制观念法制观念由来已久，作为我们处在现代社会的人，在法制建设不断健全、社会文明中不断发展的新形势下，个人的社会活动都必须依据法律而进行，因此，更应该学法、懂法，用法、遵循法律。常常会在电视、报纸的报道中看到一些人没有法制观念，不懂得用法律的武器来维护自己的尊严和权利，他们甚至在受到不法侵犯的时候还不知道用法律途径解决问题，有的选择暴力、有的选择忍受。这是一种悲哀，我们要吸取教训，培养自身的法制观念，同时也对学生及学生家长进行普法宣传，只有大家都有法制观念了，法律才能更好的发挥它的作用。
《法国大革命》说课稿
课标对这部分内容的要求如下。其中前三项目标将在本节课完成。依据课标，本课教材安排了攻占巴士底狱、《人权宣言》和共和国的诞生、拿破仑和拿破仑帝国三个子目的内容。这样的安排既体现了法国大革命发展的时序性，又体现了史实之间的逻辑联系。科学的教学目标具有良好的导向和激励作用。根据课标要求，结合教材内容和学生实际，我拟定了如下的三维教学目标：（三）教学目标1．知识与能力通过课堂教学，让学生知道巴黎人民攻占巴士底狱揭开了法国资产阶级革命的序幕、《人权宣言》的基本内容，了解法兰西第一共和国，讲述拿破仑的主要活动。
