(三)紧紧围绕县委、县政府中心工作开展法治宣传,以实际行动推动经济社会高质量发展。一是认真执行“三重一大”事项集体决策等制度,严格执行公众参与、合法性审查、集体讨论决定等法定程序,推动依法决策、民主决策、科学决策;二是严格落实法律顾问制度、公职律师制度和行政机关内部重大决策合法性审查制度,凡涉及重大事项集体讨论、集体研究、集体决定,建立健全重大决策合法性审查机制,强化法制审核程序的刚性约束,民政执法行为及重大决策,均要求充分听取法律意见,确保重大决策合法合规;三是认真组织开展“4·15”全民国家安全教育日法治宣传教育、“12·4”国家宪法日和“宪法宣传周”,进一步增强全社会国家安全意识和风险防控能力。全社会弘扬宪法精神、树立宪法观念、尊崇宪法;四是推进政务服务一窗受理,全面推进“放管服”改革。以省、市级目录为标准,统一编码、统一名称、统一目录,目前已有36项事项,实现政务服务标准化;五是依法全面履行政府组成部门职能,推进落实行政执法责任制,推动严格规范公正文明执法。
