敬爱的老师们，亲爱的同学们：大家好，我是来自九年四班的叶佳蜜，今天我要演讲的主题是运动与生命同在。青春与快乐永存。无论是过去，现在，还是将来，健康一直是人们追求的永恒主题。生命在于运动，人生短短几十年，虽不长，但要承担的责任却很重，要做的事情却很多。健康的身体是多少人可望而不可得的梦想。健康的健康是正处于青春期的我们意气风发的保证。只有拥有健康的身体才能让我们的青春迸发出无限的激情和色彩。体育运动，多么骄傲，它让生命之树常青。生命给予运动以真实意义。每一细胞的组合，每一神经的连动，每一骨骼的存在，都穿起了运动的全部。生命，多么可贵，他让运动的高峰迭起，生命，多么值得珍惜，它让运动之火绚丽多姿。生命创造了运动，运动使青春快乐。可以说运动是非常重要的，自我校开创以来就非常注重体育运动。如自行车，柔道，还有最新的足球，小到日常的跑操，大道国家级的比赛，等等等等。

2、鼓励幼儿用自己的方式简单清楚地记录,发展幼儿的观察能力。3、引导幼儿清楚地表述自己的记录结果。重点：继续鼓励幼儿用自己的方式记录，简单清楚。难点：在老师的引导下清楚地表述自己的记录结果 设计思路：《幼儿园教育纲要》中指出，教育内容应“贴近幼儿的生活来选择幼儿感兴趣的事物和问题，有助于拓展幼儿的经验和视野”。前一段时间，一直是阴雨绵绵的天气，我班的孩子都带来了伞，并且议论着伞。我们知道，伞与我们的生活有着密切的关系，它的来历，发展过程、功能等都具有一定的探索价值和教育价值。因此我们根据纲要精神，及时利用这一资源，开展了主题“伞的秘密”的探索活动。果然，活动很快激发了孩子强烈的探索欲望。随后，他们的兴趣点集中在伞的特征上，他们发现了伞的许多不同，如：颜色、形状、图案、大小不同，伞的布料也不同等等。我想，在了解幼儿当前的兴趣、经验、需要以及现阶段非正式活动进行的分类内容，可以结合主题活动整合一些数方面的内容，因此我设计了本次正式活动——分花伞，帮助幼儿提升归纳分类的经验，发展幼儿的思维抽象能力。通过两次非正式活动和一次正式活动，幼儿已经初步能用自己的方式记录（尽量简单，让自己和别人都看得清楚），在本次活动中将继续提高使用表征符号的能力；另外，幼儿具有了一些分类的经验，在多重分类的基础上，开始向按物体的某一明显特征作肯定与否定的分类过渡。

有一天读到一篇文章，文中写到：“人到底是怎么老的？早晨洗脸是一天的开始；晚上洗脸是一天的结束。洗着洗着，人就老了。”亲爱的同学们，不要吃惊，不错，人就是这样老的。拿出自己中的照片，那个没有牙齿的小毛头，怎么眨眼工夫就成了今天翩翩少年呢？爸爸妈妈的结婚照片还没有开始发黄，怎么鬓边就有了白发？还有你那满脸皱纹的爷爷奶奶，问起这个问题，他们准会喃喃地说“人老起来真快，一辈子不知不觉就过去了。”是这样，“时光只解催人老”。小时候读到这句话和朱自清先生的《匆匆》，并不理解其中含义。待明白它后才惊觉时间已在不知不觉中匆匆溜走，青春一去不复返了。所以，亲爱的同学们，我希望你们能知道，在我们生活的空间中，时间第一，它是最宝贵的资源，同时，它也最容易溜走，被浪费。写作文时，很多同学爱用“日月如梭，光阴似箭。”我觉得，没有哪个词能比它们更好地形容时间的特性。岁月无情啊。亲爱的同学们，请不要觉得自己还小，觉得时间还很多，觉得离“老”还很远，可以有大把的时间来挥霍——如果你这样想，这样做，就会像许多人一样，满头白发时问自己：我怎么就老了呢，我怎么还仅仅在学海的中心，距离理想的彼岸还如此遥远呢？

That is the third task. In the Part B--- Listening and Talking, the theme is “Talk about festival experience”, which is the common topic in our daily conversations. During the conversation, Song Lin, a Chinese student, asked Canadian friend Max about how to spend Christmas. In the conversation, Song Lin talked about experience and the feelings during the Chinese Spring Festival, during which there are not only some enjoyable things but some unpleasant things. After the listening, perhaps students find there are some similarities between Christmas and the Chinese Spring Festival as there are some differences in the origins and celebrations.
