关于行政部们全年的工作计划
一、总体目标： 根据本年度工作情况与存在的不足，结合目前集团发展状况和今后发展趋势，行政部从以下六个方面开展 20××年度的'相关工作： 1、 行政管理： （1）制度保障方面：行政部在 20×× 年度将进一步完善集团制度，以保证集团的运营在既有的管理体系中运行。 （2）文化建设：行政部将在 20×× 年度继续整理集团自成立以来所有大事记，提炼并弘扬企业文化。 （3）行政部内外沟通机制建设与完善：行政部将在 20××年度建设和完善本部门内部的纵向、横向沟通机制，调动本部门全体员工的主观能动性，建立和谐、融洽的内部关系。
