小学数学教研组工作计划两篇
1、继续抓好常规教研，每次教研要有计划、有主题、有目标，谈到的问题要解决，讨论要有结果，从而使活动效果最大化。 2、以新课标测试的形促进老师们新课标理论学习，讨论对新课标的理解和运用程度，不断讨论和摸索在课堂教学中如何更大程度地渗透新课标的理念。 3、聚焦课堂，加强教学展示和相互学习。继续开展研究课、汇报课、展示课等活动，突出新课标理念、以创设情景，主动参与的课堂教学设计为研究重点，进行“研、讲、评、议”一条龙教研活动，充分体现集体智慧，集思广益，提高教师的授课质量，提高课堂效率，严把“有效教学”关，打造高效课堂。
小学教学常规管理制度通用
1、认真学习《基础教育课程改革纲要》、教学大纲，研究教材教参，制定好学期教学计划和教学进度，分解到课时。 2、按时交教学计划和教学进度表。教学计划、教学进度表一式两份，交一，留一，贴于备课本前面。 3、认真写好课时教学计划（教案），一课时一教案，格式规范，项目齐全。 4、教案既有周目录，又有总编号，准确无误。 5、教学目的突出素质教育要求，既注重智力因素培养，又注重非智力因素培养 6、教学过程突出教学方法、教具学具操作、电教媒体等设计和使用过程。把握重点，突破难点，详略得当，切实提高“五大效 率”，落实“激发兴趣、教会方法、培养能力、养好习惯、发展个性”的目标要求。 7、积极参加集体备课。定时间、定内容、定中心发言人，统一进度，统一目标，统一深广度，统一重点，统一大部分作业。 8、教案保持余量一周。 9、同年级同学科禁止共用一本教案，应该做到每人一本教案。
xx区2023年国庆节假日文化旅游工作总结
一、从严做好疫情防控工作节前，区委常委、区政府副区长xx，区委常委、宣传部长xx，区政府副区长xx分别带队检查文旅场所疫情防控和节日安全工作，区文化旅游委召开国庆节前安全生产疫情防控暨廉政教育工作会，发布2023年国庆期间及前后疫情防控措施。节假日期间，xx副区长主持召开国庆期间文化旅游行业疫情防控调度会，要求从严从紧抓好文化和旅游行业疫情防控工作。按照市文化旅游委《关于扎实做好2023年国庆节期间文化和旅游假日市场相关工作的通知》要求，督导A级景区严格落实“限量、预约、错峰”要求，对所有入园游客进行扫码测温，查验72小时核酸检测阴性证明，符合属地疫情防控要求的方可进入；督导星级饭店加强通风消毒，对入住人员查验健康码，查验72小时内核酸检测阴性证明；督导辖区旅行社和在线旅游企业严格落实跨省旅游经营活动“熔断”机制；督导文化经营场所和公共文化单位严格落实各项疫情防控要求，对进入场所人员严格落实扫码、测温等疫情防控措施。按照非必要不举办原则，减少大型演出、展览、会议、培训等聚集性活动。加强从业人员的健康监测和管理，及时掌握员工健康状态、出行轨迹等情况，坚决防止带病上岗，严格落实当地疫情防控政策。
XX社区2024年创建卫生文明城市工作总结
坚持开展周末文明卫生清洁日活动，努力做好绿化、香化、美化环境工作，小区单位无乱堆乱放、乱贴乱画的现象。创建活动开展的扎实有效，人人讲究卫生蔚然成风。二、工作成效XX社区以日常管理为保障，以清洁环境为基础，着力营造良好优越的工作氛围。（一）单位容貌朴素大方。无停、放、贴、画、牵、挂、泼、倒、搭、建、扔、吐、网“十三乱”。卫生设施完善，有垃圾池，垃圾坚持日产日清，烟蒂、果皮、纸屑、痰沫随产随清，保证无暴露垃圾和卫生死角。（二）控制小区存在的乱摆乱扔乱贴小广告行为，专门安置了广告宣传栏，可供宣传与粘贴。齐心协力与居民沟通保护环境，不乱丢垃圾。在全体干部社区工作者的共同努力下，XX社区创建卫生城市工作取得一定成效，但对照新的发展形势，还存在一定的差距，我们决心以创建卫生城市为契机，进一步做好全市卫生工作，为提高公民素质、提升城市文明程度作出应有的贡献。
