劳动合同书
甲乙双方根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》等法律、法规、规章的规定，在平等自愿、协商一致的基础上，同意订立本合同，共同遵守本合同所列条款。一、合同期限1、期限：自 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止。2、合同试用期：自 年 月 日至 年 月 日止，期限为 个月。二、工作内容1、甲方招收乙方担任 岗位（工种）工作。2、乙方应按照甲方的要求，按时完成规定的工作任务，达到规定的质量标准。三、劳动报酬甲方根据本单位工资制度，确定乙方执行以下工资形式：1、甲乙双方实行月发工资制，每月的月底发放上个月的工资。乙方月工资为 元，试用期为每月 元。2、甲方安排乙方加班，按规定支付加班工资。3、其他福利和工作业绩奖励按公司要求和另定的标准执行。四、乙方的工作保密内容和保密义务鉴于乙方在甲方单位从业期间知悉甲方的商业秘密，并获得增进知识、经验、技能的机会，为明确乙方的保密义务，甲乙双方本着平等、自愿、公平和诚实信用的原则，订立本保密协议：

第二章 人事管理制度一、人事管理制度总则：（一）目的：为了提高员工劳动效率、增强公司凝聚力、调动员工积极性、使日常管理有制度依据，特制定本制度。（二）适用范围：1、本公司员工的管理除根据《劳动法》外，均依据本管理制度。2、本制度所称员工指公司所有正式及试用员工（包括临时工）。3、为了不断完善管理制度和薪酬福利制度，本公司将进一步修订本制度，使之符合公司发展的需求。二、人事聘用：（一）招聘需求：1、因工作需要，用人部门需增加员工时，应向行政人事部提交书面申请并提供详细岗位描述，经总经理批准后由行政部会同用人部门执行招聘程序；2、如总经理有个别招聘需求，可直接通知行政部及用人部门开始执行招聘程序。（二）招聘计划：1、根据实际需要，可采用现场招聘、网络招聘、媒体广告、他人推荐等形式进行招聘，但招聘计划需经过总经理正式批准后生效；2、招聘计划一经确认，用人部门负责人须保证完成招聘目标，并计入相应绩效考核。（三）员工录用：1、各用人部门在招聘后拟录用人员由行政部通知办理试用手续，入职时间以行政部核准时间为最后依据；2、所有员工在正式进入试用期前，有三天无薪试用时间，无薪试用时间段内，员工自动离职或公司辞退，均无任何补偿。3、行政部在通知新员工正式入职后，于入职当天与员工签署试用期合同，合同中明确界定员工工作岗位及薪酬、工作时间等细节；4、新员工入职当天，须向公司提供以下资料：（1）身份证原件、复印件（2）毕业证、职称证书原件、复印件（3）公司员工登记表（4）一寸彩色登记照两张（5）父母（及配偶）姓名、工作单位、联系方式及家庭住址（6）如暂住贵阳者须提供现有临时住处详细地址行政部门须立即对新员工所提供资料进行核对并确认，如其身份不能界定者，不能予以录用。5、通过电话、实地考察或经公安机关、社保机构等渠道了解到有以下情况的，不能录用：（1）被剥夺政治权利未恢复者；（2）被判有期徒刑或被通缉，尚未结案者；（3）吸食毒品者；（4）拖欠公款、有记录在案者；（5）患有被医疗机构界定为不适合工作的精神病或传染病者；（6）行为恶劣，被开除者；（7）提供身份证、学历、有关职称及其他资料真实情况不符者，如中途查实公司有权立即终止合同，一切损失由对方承担。
