XX镇农业组2024年上半年工作总结
五、大力打造清凉山茶产业，实现茶叶产业规模化、产业化。茶叶是我镇农业生产的支柱产业，全镇共有XX樱花茶区、XX古村茶区、XX茶区、XX深山茶区、XX梯田茶区5大茶区，全镇茶叶种植面积近2万多亩。上半年XX镇农业产业强镇（茶叶）建设主体之一XX市XX科技有限公司所承担建设项目通过区级验收；XX村“一村一品，一镇一业”建设项目顺利通过区级验收。六、积极培育壮大新型农业经营主体。近年来积极培育壮大了一批新型农业经营主体，目前全镇市级以上农业龙头企业共有19家，2024年上半年新增认定3家省级龙头企业；专业合作社区级以上示范社有12家， 其中国家级示范社3家，省级示范社3家，市级示范社1家，区级示范社5家；区级以上家庭农场有14家，其中省级12家，2024年5月新认定2家区级家庭农场。七、扎实抓好惠农强农政策的落实。

各位老师、各位同学：早上好！刚刚过去的20**年5月12日，是什么日子呢，同学们？对，是我国四川汶川大地震周年祭的日子，这一天也被确立为我国防灾减灾日，今天我讲话的题目是《远离灾害，我们一起行动》。一年前，一声撕心裂肺的巨响，一个地动山摇的震撼，一场痛彻心扉的灾难，降临在泱泱巴蜀。在生死一线的救灾现场，代表消防抗震救援人员的橙色，代表中国军队和武警部队的绿色，代表医护人员的白色，代表志愿者传递爱心的黄丝带……绘成照亮废墟的生命的颜色。一年中，无数拳拳赤子之心一齐跳动，爱的潮水一浪胜过一浪地涌向巴蜀大地。国家的牵挂、社会的支持、同胞的援助，加速改变着汶川，温暖着灾区人民的心。一年后，崭新的住所、熙攘的游客、平静的生活，凝结成灾区里一道生机勃勃、充满希望的景色。造成六万多同胞遇难的灾害已经远去，但它却时刻提醒我们：防灾减灾的安全警钟应当长鸣。

尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：大家早上好!今天我演讲的题目是《防灾减灾从我做起》。5月12日是全国第九个“防灾减灾日”，本周5月8日至12日为防灾减灾宣传周，宣传主题是“防灾减灾从我做起”。XX年5月12日，四川汶川发生里氏8.0级特大地震。这场新中国成立以来破坏性最强的大地震，给全国人民带来了巨大的心理压力和难以愈合的心灵创伤，堪称国家和民族史上的重大灾难。经国务院批准，自XX年起，将每年5月12日定为全国“防灾减灾日”。今天，我们通过本次讲话开展“防灾减灾周”宣传教育活动，目的是要增强同学们防灾减灾意识，普及推广防灾减灾知识和避灾自救技能。借此机会，希望同学们在今后的学习和生活中，牢固树立“安全第一、预防为主”的思想，特别注意以下安全问题：、交通安全。严守交通法规，过马路时要先观察车辆情况，主动避让机动车辆。按时上学和回家，不在外逗留，尽量同学结伴回家。上学、放学严禁乘坐超员、超载、无牌、无证及非法营运的出租车、三轮车。
实习工作总结
前期跟踪分析预装门开关电机下线率高的问题，并执行临时整改措施，运用质量分析---鱼骨图等工具来分析根本原因和直接原因，然后拿出永久的对策，接着执行及验证对策，最终防止再次发生或在其它产品上发生。通过这次改进，让我了解了公司的改进流程。
