全市招商引资业务培训讲座上的讲话范文
招商引资是经济工作的“生命线”，是助推经济加快发展的实招、硬招、绝招。为落实全市干部专业能力“大培训、大练兵、大比武、大竞赛”活动部署要求，进一步提升全市干部招商业务水平，不断适应招商引资工作发展的形势要求，开创*招商引资工作新局面，根据市委、市政府的安排，今天我们举办全市招商引资业务培训讲座。 为了办好这次讲座，我们荣幸地请到了*。*现任*开发区创新发展联盟产业促进中心主任，同时还是*顾问、*特约研究员、*投资管理有限公司总经理、*招商咨询服务有限公司总经理。*从事投资促进工作24年，期间，代表客商在不同区域进行投资促进工作，先后落户一批外资公司和内资企业，涉及实业投资、服务业、总部、创业投资、产业并购等众多行业，服务过数千个内外资客户和区域政府，具有非常丰富的实战经验。 今天的培训讲座通过现场与线上两种方式进行。现场参加培训的人员有市级领导班子成员，市直有关部门、单位主要负责人，链办及部分单位班子成员；各分会场参加培训的人员有各镇街、市直各部门副科级以上干部、业务科室人员，驻*单位班子成员，*产业园管委全体机关干部等。 下面，围绕贯彻落实培训内容、有力开展招商引资工作，我再谈几点认识。 一要促进责任落实抓招商。各级各部门要坚决扛起责任，牢固树立一切为招商引资服务、一切为经济发展服务的理念，破除传统招商理念，创新思维，主动请进来、走出去，坚持缺什么招什么，变被动为主动，变漫灌为精准，加强项目跟踪服务，及时促进签约落地。 二要深入产业研究储项目。要坚持高站位、宽视野、切实际，立足当前、着眼长远，深入研究产业政策，剖析产业链发展现状，准确掌握现有重点企业、重点项目、制约瓶颈、薄弱环节等情况，制定抓产业、抓链条的目标任务和具体路径，形成高质量招商项目储备库，确保招商项目源源不断，通过多种渠道推进招商引资工作落实落地。
社区为老服务工作经验交流会上的讲话范文
各位领导、同志们：随着城市化进程的不断加快，社区建设在社会生活中已发挥着越来越重要的作用。如何依托社区资源，拓展为老服务领域，也成为新时期加强社区管理工作的一项重要内容。 今年3月，我街道在去年试点的基础上，对城区内……个居委会、……个村采取撤村建居、居居合并、分割调整等形式，组建了……个社区居委会，为进一步理顺社区管理体制、加强社区建设和管理创造了良好的条件。与此同时，我街道以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，以丰富和满足社区老年人生活需求为根本落脚点，积极推进社区为老服务工作，并取得了一定成效。 下面，就我街道开展社区为老服务工作的基本做法和初步成效向各位领导和同志们作一简要汇报： 一、基本做法近年来，我街道的社区为老服务工作按照“强基础、重服务、找载体、拓领域”的工作思路，重点抓了“四个”环节： 1、抓调查摸底，为开展社区为老服务工作打下基础。社区管理体制改革到位后，我街道组织人员对社区老龄人群的基本情况及老年人的所思、所想、所求等问题进行了全面的调查。 据统计，……街道……万人常住户口当中，60岁以上的老年人有……人，其中居住在社区的老年人有6……人，占……；80岁以上的老年人有……人，90岁以上的有……人，百岁老人……人。我们在调查中还发现，在老年人群中存在着“三个迫切”：一是患有各种慢性疾病、健康状况比较差的30的社区老年人，因患病生活自理能力逐渐减弱或其它原因，及……户空巢家庭和……户独身家庭，他们的晚年生活除家庭养老这一传统模式之外，迫切需要社区组织的协调和照顾。 二是许多社区老年人，特别是因机构改革和企业改制后，大部分离退休干部和职工由“单位人”变为“社会人”，他们迫切需要在社区能够就近学习、就近活动、就近得到关心照顾。三是有一技之长的社区老年人，他们想为社区建设发挥余热，迫切需要社区为他们提供机会、提供场所。

二是要坚持民主集中制原则，要通过民主生活会、谈心等活动不断加强班子间的团结，日常工作中也要加强沟通交流，互相补台，增强团结的质量；三是要切实发挥好“一把手”的“班长”作用，要严格要求班子成员，抓好作风建设，争取把班子建设成为团结和谐、积极进取、把握全局、开拓高效、科学管理的善于、敢于打硬仗坚强领导核心。二、进一步加强干部队伍建设。有了好的领导班子，还需要有一支好的干部队伍加以贯彻，好的计划和措施才能得以真正的落实。首先要加强干部职工思想锤炼与教育，要通过诸如讲座、拓展训练、外出参观等多种形式，不断加强干部职工的思想修养，充实员工的大脑，要加强人文关怀与心理疏导，把关心职工、爱护职工、培养职工、提升职工放在支行工作十分重要的位置；其次要加强员工形势教育与学习。要引导职工了解国家的大政方针，明确央行的职责任务、吃透辖区经济金融形势，深刻理解面临的机遇与挑战，只有正确地面对形势，才能对自己行动加以正确的规划，才能通过自身努力把自身的价值实现主动融入社会价值建设中来；第三要加强业务培训与学习，近年来新业务不断推出，金融创新层出不穷，作为监督管理机关，我们的员工一定要增强自身业务技能，增强对新型金融知识的学习与了解，用正确理论对工作做出有效指导，不断提升履职效能，推动工作从前进走向前进。
