2024年XX集团公司综合管理部第一季度工作总结
2024年第一季度，综合管理部紧紧围绕集团年度目标，扛旗争先，全面统筹，精准发力，充分发挥“组织、协调、服务、管理”四大职能，以干劲、拼劲、韧劲助推集团各项指标一路飘红，夺取首季“开门红”。一、主要工作（一）立足巡察，以点带面促整改借助巡察整改契机，取长补短，推动各项工作健康有序开展。立行立改抓整改。立即行动，落实到事、落实到人，不断健全监事会、××系统等运行机制，确保整改到位。举一反三抓整改。坚决杜绝“就问题整改问题”的简单整改，强化建章立制，及时做好相关台账记录，建立长效机制，做到巡察一个、整改一片、规范一面，促进规范有序运转。（二）发挥枢纽，上情下达强执行基于项目多、任务重现状，为破难推进，把问题切实转化为各项成果。一是突出重点抓交办。针对工作分析会上涉及的问题，根据紧迫性、重要性，科学安排、合理交办。

二、存在的主要问题（一）积极主动性不强。干事创业、自我加压的干劲不够，与各部门、子公司协调对接的积极性、主动性不够，争先创优、比拼赶超的拼搏度不够。（二）参谋助手较为被动。作为综合枢纽部门，前瞻性不够，研判性不够，应急应变也相对欠缺，参谋助手发挥有限。三、下步工作思路（一）高水平协调。以服务领导、服务集团、服务东城的“三服务”为出发点和落脚点，做好总调度，及时掌握动态，加强领导、部门和子公司之间的沟通联系，形成协同配合、整体联动的良好局面。办文上，严把程序关、格式关、文字关，文字表达力求“准、实、新”，切实提高集团办文质量。办会上，根据事项紧迫性、重要性程度，弹性会议时长，减少“文山会海”。办事上，分清主次和轻重缓急，有序协调，统筹推进，帮助领导从一般性事务中解脱出来，集中精力把大局、谋方向、促发展。
2023年上半年环保工作总结
（一）大气污染防治方面。一是做好砂石场和道路扬尘治理工作。联合城管执法中队依法规范砂石市场的经营秩序，监督整改落实，确保符合“有围挡、有喷淋设施、有覆盖装备、有冲洗机械”等标准，同时，委托侨银保洁公司对辖区内主干道进行常态化清扫，防治扬尘。现有保洁员xxx人，累计投入垃圾桶约x.xx万个，垃圾转运xx台，机扫车x台，洒水车x台，已建成投入使用垃圾中转站建设3个。二是做实烟花爆竹禁燃禁放工作。根据《xx市燃放烟花爆竹和大盘香管理条例》、《xx区人民政府关于禁止燃放烟花爆竹和大盘香的通告》文件要求，由督查考核办对xx镇x类禁燃场所实施全时段督导，确保禁燃放场所内做到零燃放，春节、元宵节、清明节和农历十月期间空气质量持续改善。三是做细燃煤锅炉和餐饮油烟整治。对辖区内燃煤锅炉的养殖场和生产企业进行安全污染隐患排查，累计排查问题企业xx家，要求其将锅炉燃料更换成清洁能源。同时，对xx街道的餐饮店进行巡查整治工作，并对xx家餐饮油烟店下达整改通知书督促其及时整改，目前xx％的餐饮油烟店已安装油烟净化器，极大的优化了餐饮环境。（二）“散乱污”企业整治方面。2022年为巩固提升大气环境质量，再次开展大气污染防治“回头看”专项行动，以全面降低PM2.5和PM10平均浓度、提升空气质量优良率为目标，以“散乱污”企业整治和各类扬尘污染防治为重点，持之以恒推进大气污染防治工作，通过专项整治切实改善了我镇环境空气质量。截至目前，已关停违规生产塑料颗粒企业x家和生产散煤灰小作坊1家。
2024年镇上半年工作总结
二是努力完善农田水利基础设施建设。积极争取上级项目资金支持，开展高标准农田建设、山塘水渠设施维护、排洪水渠维护工程，增强农业生产安全性和群众生产积极性。三是推动农产品品牌化发展。致力打造黄桃、冰糖橙、黄金贡柚等“XX特色产业名片”。加快推进农产品加工产业园建设，努力构建规范有序的农产品交易市场，助力农产品增收。四是全力推进中药材产业发展，推广黄精、天麻等道地中药材种植，努力打造独具特色的雪峰山中药谷。五是加快推进XX至三岩湾沿江乡村振兴产业路项目建成，带动XX、秀洲、秀建等三个村沿江一体化度假旅游开发及特色产业发展。整合XX村千亩油菜、纽荷尔产业基地、沅水丹霞风光及人居环境整治提升成果，打造精品乡村游。六是进一步抓好小额信贷和共享贷工作，鼓励社会资本参与乡村振兴建设，充分发挥金融要素在全面推进乡村振兴战略中的促进作用。
市2024年上半年信访工作总结
（二）打好规范办理“主动仗”，全面提质效。对事项按照“十步法”，落实“三到位”，切实形成闭环，防止初转重。建立国家局登记求决类初件包保机制，确保程序性办结和实质性化解。对重复事项要溯源复盘，摸清缘由经过、主要诉求、政策依据、症结难点等，力争化解，防止重转积。对不满意件、未参评件高度关注，要求责任单位继续做好教育疏导工作，加强督查督办，既督问题解决、也查首办责任，属于失职失责的，提出追责问责建议。（三）啃下积案化解“硬骨头”，确保真解决。从讲政治的高度扛起重点事项化解责任，严格落实专班责任制，实行“一案一策、一人一专班”，找准事项突破口、压缩化解时限，办一件、结一件、了一件，确保事项真化解。（四）拿下重点领域“拦路虎”，下好先手棋。进一步落实市委工作会议关于深化重点领域专项治理的具体要求，聚焦群众急难愁盼问题，加强过程监管和矛盾化解，切实维护群众合法利益，着力消除重点领域隐患。
乡2024年上半年禁毒工作总结
二、大力推进社区戒毒康复工作中心星级评定创建工作为了确保禁毒工作落到实处，我乡按照“三区一室”规范化建设标准建成社区戒毒康复中心，成立了本级社区戒毒社区康复工作领导机构，按照考核细则认真完成了组织领导、基础配套、队伍建设、工作机制内的相关内容，能够达到评定标准。三、工作中存在的问题没有强制性的措施约束社会面有吸毒史和戒断三年未复吸人员，导致个别吸毒人员不配合工作人员开展相关工作，给管控工作带来极大的困难。四、下一步工作计划一是按照考核标准持续深化“社区戒毒康复工作中心星级评定”创建工作。二是加强吸毒人员管控力度，常态化开展脱失吸毒人员“清零”机制，明确目标，压实责任，强化措施，补齐短板，失联一个，查找一个。采取各种手段，下大力气开展查控脱失吸毒人员的工作，最大限度地减少失控吸毒人员，确保实现脱失吸毒人员全部“清零”。
图书馆2024年上半年工作总结
区图书馆联合武警新兵大队开展图书推广进军营活动，5场线上读书打卡活动，让读书作为一种生活方式，使阅读活动真正实现全民化、常态化。三、图书流动服务“七进”工作**区图书馆流动图书车驶向街头、广场、学校，为百姓送去精神文化大餐。特此开展图书流动服务“七进”工作，全面推动全民阅读活动进机关、进校园、进家庭、进乡村、进社区、进军营、进工地，实现全民阅读全覆盖。截至2024年上半年，**区图书馆共开展10余次图书流动服务活动，接下来，我馆继续开展流动服务工作，充分调动全民读书的积极性，推动全民阅读走进基层，贴近群众。回顾半年来的工作，我们在取得成绩的同时，还存在许多不足，还需努力完善。在未来的工作中我们要始终树立“读者至上，服务第一”的原则，不断提高服务质量、创新服务形式，拓宽服务领域，延伸服务范围。让更多的人能够享受到读书带来了的乐趣。
2023年上半年工作总结
三是积极谋划生态项目。今年以来，谋划申报重点项目6个。水污染防治方面，谋划上报的仙踪河流域农村生活污水治理工程（0.89亿元）和含山县污水处理厂尾水净化工程（0.83亿元）已经纳入中央生态环境资金项目储备库，其中，尾水净化工程项目已获得中央资金支持，已进场开工。为确保汤河入口上国控断面稳定达标，谋划申报含山县清溪河流域水环境综合治理工程，项目总投资3.63亿元，申报中央财政资金2.97亿元，已进入部级审核阶段。大气污染防治方面，谋划VOCs专项治理项目3个。土壤污染防治方面，谋划含山县生活垃圾卫生填埋场治理项目，已委托环科院开展垃圾填埋场土壤污染状况调查，并编写土壤污染修复方案，下一步据此申报中央土壤污染修复专项资金。农村环境整治项方面，谋划全县农村生活污水治理工作项目，拟争取上级资金0.95亿元，已进入省级审核阶段。
2024年上半年人才工作总结
(四)加强宣传力度，大力营造良好的人才工作氛围。一是积极开展宣传，发挥群众宣传优势，在全镇范围内，大力宣传人才政策，先进典型。二是加强人才工作调研，深入基层开展调研，经验，发现问题加强指导。三是充分利用广播、展板等宣传工具进行广泛宣传，为我镇育才、聚才、用才提供经验。同时，我们还利用传单、黑板报等形式，在全镇营造“尊重劳动、尊重知识、尊重人才、尊重创造”的良好社会环境。二、存在的问题一是农村年轻人外出务工多，人才流失严重。由于农村就业机会少，年轻人多数选择在大城市发展就业，导致农村人才储备不够。二是高层次高素质人才严重匮乏，基层人才严重短缺。三、下步工作打算在今后的人才工作方面，我镇将重点作好以下工作： 一是全面推动各类人才队伍建设。
