体校工作总结
加强对运动员的思想政治工作和对学校环境卫生整治，努力为训练创造一个优良的环境。学校领导有专人分管运动员的思想政治工作，还为女运动员配备了专职的女教师;对家庭比较困难又能刻苦训练、运动成绩比较突出的运动员，向体育局申请给予生活费减免。今年以来，我们还对运动员的身体健康高度重视，确保训练中不发生人身安全事故。学生和家长对我校的管理比较满意。今年，有9位学生家长主动要求我校为他们的子女办理休学手续，以安心在校训练，备战省十一运会。
霜冷长河心得体会
这本书的作者是我们都很熟悉的余秋雨先生。人生就像一个没有老师课堂，我们在这个课堂里自己学习、自己探索，从不停止，直到生命结束的那一天。这本书讲述了生命的几个课题，作者有着自己独特的看法，很多都是我们这个年龄所没有的阅历，尤其是这本书的第二辑，真的可以从中学到很多。下面是我对这本书的一些章节的感想。
进修心得体会
半年来，在代教老师的悉心指导下，我熟练掌握了心血管系统如高血压、冠心病、心律失常、心力衰竭、心肌炎、心肌病、瓣膜病等各种常见病、多发病的诊断和治疗，并在CCU中对心血管科各种急危重症的治疗和抢救流程有了一定的熟悉和掌握；我还熟练掌握了心血管科疾病的问诊方法、技巧、查体要点和常规药品准确、合理应用，能够独立完成心电图机的操作，掌握了阅读心电图的要点，能够准确出具报告单；同时，我还观摩学习了冠脉造影及支架植入、永久起搏器植入、心脏电生理检查和射频消融等各种介入治疗。
读童年心得体会
我在假期里有幸读了《童年》这本书。《童年》是高尔基自传体三部曲的第一部，主要讲述了高尔基幼年时期三岁至十岁这段时间生活的断面。本文的主人公阿廖沙三岁丧父后被接到外祖父家。他的外祖父和两个舅舅都是性情暴躁、乖戾、贪财、自私的人。阿廖沙的家里弥漫着人与人之间的炽热的仇恨之雾，大人都中了毒，连小孩也热烈的参加了一份。两个舅舅为了争夺财产，每天打得头破血流。他们的妻子和徒工也被他们害死。阿廖沙每天过着心惊胆战的日子，只有阿廖沙的母亲和外祖母疼爱阿廖沙。这本书奖的就是阿廖沙在这个环境中生活的事情。阿廖沙值得我们学习的地方时，虽让他在黑暗的生活中度过了自己的童年，但是阿廖沙并没有被黑暗的丑事和腐蚀人的灵魂的恶势力所压倒，反而他锻炼成长为了一个坚强、勇敢、正直和自信的人我想这与他的顽强毅力是分不开的，难道他的这种品质不值得我们学习吗?
