现实生活中，一些不足为奇的事，一些不足挂齿的事，生活中需要的一切，不可能自己生产。所以，人类是生活在团结合作的生活中，人类无疑是幸福的，但人类的团结有虚伪的团结。不仅人类学会团结，就连小小的蚂蚁，在发现食物后，都会共同合作。把食物搬“回家”它们小小的体形，居然能把超过自己的许多倍的东西搬运。体现了团结合作的精神。纵观古今中外，任何一个人的成功都离不开集体团结的力量。智勇双全的张良，若不是投靠了刘邦，单靠单枪匹马的行刺，能实现宏图大志吗?离开了笛卡尔的启示和普里斯特等人的共同研究的科技成果，牛顿能提出“牛顿第一定律”吗?单靠一朵美丽的鲜花，打扮不出美丽的春天，个人只有融入团结的集体才能实现宏伟目标。因此，一个国家、一个民族只有精诚团结，才能自立于世界，才能谋求进步和发展。特别是我们这些作为新世纪的接班人的青少年更应该学会团结，这样才能立足社会。继承和发扬中华民族的传统美德，也是我们作为炎黄子孙义不容辞的责任。
个人度工作总结
一年来，在工作中，我明显感觉到自己遇到了所谓的"三年之痒"，工作疲态初显，出现了诸如状态起伏、动力不足等现象，一定程度上影响了工作效率。面对这些，我对自己做了认真分析，及时进行自我加压，主动查找差距，并采取每天晨练、早睡早起、坚持业务知识学习等措施，努力保持精力的充沛、工作的高效、斗志的高昂和信心的坚定，逐步提高了自我承受力。
人事处工作总结
组织教师参加了职称英语考试，上、下半年分两次组织25名教师参加了职称计算机考试，组织12教师报名参加了思政和管理基础课程培训；组织229名专业技术人员参加了继续教育第三轮公修课培训考试；向系（部）、各部门印发了填报“xxxx年度系（部）、部门人员进修计划表”的通知。

一、强经济运行调度，确保平稳发展。今年以来，受市场需求不旺、企业成本上升、招工难与劳动力就业难等问题制约，工业企业发展速度趋缓，异常是9月份，按照上级统计部门通知要求，我区对明年拟从规模以上企业剔除的需奇电器、国建高创、福莱特医疗等3家企业的主要经济指标进行调整，其中3家企业1-10月份累计调减主营业务收入10.6亿元、利税2.3亿元、利润1.8亿元，而去年1-10月份3家企业主营业务收入、利税、利润基数分别高达7.9亿元、2.1亿元、1.7亿元，不能核减，故造成全区规模以上工业企业各项主要经济指标大幅下降。1-10月份，全区规模以上企业实现主营业务收入92.7亿元、同比降低7.3，利税6亿元、同比降低25.6，利润3.8亿元、同比降低27.9。全年各项主要经济指标降幅在8以上,
