施工协议书武阳 丽园小区四角亭景观工程190000.00元（十九万元整）发包方（以下简称甲方）：承德博堃建筑安装有限公司承包方（以下简称乙方）：经甲、乙双方协商一致，本着双方平等、自愿原则就甲方委托乙方建造武阳 丽园小区景观 工程，签订以下协议：一、 工程内容：平米等 工程（详见施工图纸）。以上项目均按双方会审图纸之要求及附后预算总表所列项目、规格、备注、数量、要求施工。二、 工期：1、 开工日期：本项目工程工期从年月日起至________年________月________日止，共_______个日历天。开工日期以开始正式施工开始算起。2、 施工期内，若因停水、停电、大雨、暴雨天等因情况或甲方书面确认工期可顺延。3、 因甲方原因不能及时移交施工场地则工期顺延。4、 发包人未按期支付工程款，合同工期相应顺延。三、 工程合同价款：经协商本合同总承包价款为人民币_190000.00元（十九万元整），若施工过程中甲方有变更需要增加工程，则按实际发生结算。四、 承建方式1、乙方对建筑工程包工、包料、包验收合格、包安全、包工期、包文明施工。2、甲方对乙方所进场材料进行确认核准制。乙方对其提供所承建工程的饰面样板材料，必须经双方共同确认方可进行施工。3、 施工期间甲方负责乙方施工现场内发生的水电费用。
