纲要中指出幼儿是教育活动的积极参与者而非被动接受者，活动内容必须与幼儿兴趣、需要、及接受能力相吻合，引导幼儿向最近目标发展区发展。了解幼儿的真实发展状况，是每位教师设计和组织活动的必要前提。因此，我首先分析一下我班幼儿的发展情况。本班的舞蹈艺术教育较为突出，在开展《各行各业》的主题活动中，我们没有放过每个利于幼儿表现的好机会，不管是用什么样的方式，特别是音乐舞蹈，他们非常的投入，自由的创造、大胆的想象，如：他们会创编出一段有趣的歌词或舞蹈：《小司机》、《快乐的小厨师》、《卖报歌》、等，让人捧腹大笑。虽然有一定的表现力，但是我发现我班的幼儿缺乏合作意识，在表演当中以自己为中心，而且情感发展水平也存在一定的问题，从谈话当中就能看出部分幼儿还不懂得怎样去体验他人的情感世界，从其他的生活活动当中看出幼儿在面对问题克服困难方面比较欠缺。针对我班幼儿的这些情况，我该如何充分挖掘有效的教育资源对幼儿进行教育？下面让我来分析一下我的教学内容。
